MAMÓ GUEST CHEF EVENT 2026

Mamó is delighted to present Australian Chef Kyle Vaughan as our guest chef for 2026.

​​

Chef Kyle joins us from the Michelin-starred TIMBERYARD in Edinburgh which shares the Mamó ethos of innovative, ingredient-led cooking in harmony with the seasons.  This year, for the first time, our guest chef will present a full a la carte menu rather than a tasting menu. Expect something different from the Mamó offering but just as exciting!  Preview Chef Kyle's working menu here.

The guest chef menu will run for lunch and dinner over two weeks in January:
Thursday 15th to Sunday 18th 
Thursday 22nd to Monday 26th

Select your preferred date on our booking page to reserve your places. 

The €50 per person booking deposit is redeemable against your bill on the day.  Deposits are non-refundable but we will always endeavour to accommodate changes to your booking if you email us directly.  Mamó vouchers can also be used to pay for this event.​​​​​​​​​​​​
