MAMÓ GUEST CHEF EVENT 2026

Mamó is delighted to present Australian Chef Kyle Vaughan as our guest chef for 2026.

​

Chef Kyle joins us from the Michelin-starred TIMBERYARD in Edinburgh, which shares the Mamó ethos of innovative, ingredient-led cooking in harmony with the seasons.  This year, for the first time, our guest chef will present a full a la carte menu rather than a tasting menu. Expect something different from the Mamó offering but just as exciting!

The guest chef menu will run for lunch and dinner over two weeks in January:
Thursday 15th to Sunday 18th 
Thursday 22nd to Monday 26th

The €50 per person booking deposit is redeemable against your bill on the day.  Deposits are non-refundable but we will always endeavour to accommodate changes to your booking if you email us directly.  ​​​​​​​​​​​​
