Hot Collection FAQ
How do I order a collection?
Not to be confused with our Supper Club, hot collections are available on Friday and Saturday nights, with slots every 10 minutes between 5pm and 8:30pm, to allow sufficient social distancing between customers. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to book a time slot. We will respond to you with the closest available time to your desired slot. Once your slot is confirmed, we will take your order on the day (due to daily menu changes), as well as prepayment. We will call by phone between 10am - 2pm on the given day. Your food will then be cooked in line with your slot, before being packaged and bagged for you to collect from the restaurant, and eat as soon as you arrive home.
Can I have my starter with an aperitif without my main going cold?
Yes, please place your main course in an oven in the sealed box at the lowest possible temperature, to maintain heat while you have your starter.
Is cutlery provided?
No, we do not provide cutlery as a standard. If you would like disposable cutlery included please let us know.
Do you accommodate dietary requirements?
Yes, we make every effort to accommodate dietary requirements where possible.
Do you recommend wines?
Yes, we can do a wine consultation by phone when taking the order.
